How to Nominate:

Please be sure to provide as much information about your nominee in the nomination form as possible. The first round of judging, the shortlist panel, will determine the three finalists in six of the seven categories as well as the Community Award winner based on the nomination form. Ensure that you provide enough examples and/or stories to allow the shortlist judging panel to get to know your nominee.
